Wind Project Roundtable: Wrangling Stakeholders & Staying Sane

O CTA vai aqui

About the event

If you've ever tried to coordinate a wind energy project, you know it involves keeping landowners, utility companies, local officials, community groups, contractors, and funders all moving in the same direction—which sometimes feels impossible. Join us for a casual roundtable where we'll commiserate, problem-solve, and share tactics that have actually helped.

We're providing beer, snacks, and a relaxed space to dig into the messy realities of stakeholder management. How do you handle it when the utility drags its feet on interconnection? What do you do when community concerns threaten your timeline? How do you keep everyone informed without drowning in status update requests? Come ready to share your own experiences and learn from others who've been in the trenches. No formal agenda—just honest conversation and maybe some solutions we can all use.
